1. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All products sold through Ockenfarms 3D Print are either:

• Original custom designs created entirely by our team

• Legally licensed designs used with the appropriate permissions and rights

We are proud to operate within full compliance of intellectual property laws. We take copyright and licensing seriously and only use third-party designs with proper authorization for commercial use. We currently hold commercial licenses from the following designers and creators:

• West Tech 3D

• BT3D & Deus Cat

• KrakDrag

• CJ 3DPrint

This list may be updated as we grow and expand our licensed offerings. If you have questions about a specific product’s origin or licensing status, feel free to contact us directly.

2. Use of Products

All products are sold as-is for personal use, décor, and gifting. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any item purchased from Ockenfarms 3D Print without express written permission.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the time frame stated on each product page. Shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control, but we do our best to communicate any issues promptly.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our 3D-printed products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ockenfarms 3D Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our items are intended for decorative or light-use purposes and should be kept away from small children unless otherwise stated as safe.
